are you Christmas-ing yet? (an advent calendar)

Happy Friday, everyone!  Isn't it nice when something turns out better than
you expected?  I started working on an advent calendar, and am so happy
with the results, I'm showing a bit of it today as part of my Altered Arts Magazine
share:
collage images from Altered Pages
The next issue is the FREE Christmas issue--I'll let you know when it comes out,
there are always lots of great ideas in that one, and well, it will be free, so why not, right?

Let's check the challenges--
Altered Pages Artsociates, it's elves and gnomes right now, does Santa count as
the biggest elf of all???  Hmmm . . .
Crafty Hands Challenge--Vintage
The Crafter's Cafe--lots of embellishments
Crafting by Design--anything goes with a Christmas twist
Frilly and Funkie--vintage Christmas

You already know I think you are a Rock Star for making this! That is an amazing project that must have taken you forever to make!! Awesome!!
And yes, Santa is an Elf! From "Twas the night before Christmas"
... A right jolly old elf, and I laughed.... in spite if myself".
That was off the top of my head so be kind with correcting me!! <3

What a fabulous project to be working on - something I have never, ever tried!
Love the authentic appearance to this, although it has been discovered in Grandma's attic. Gorgeously nostalgic.

Stunning Trisha! Love the nostalgic feel to this, and gee, only 23 more to go, or do you do clear up to Dec.25?
Yes I saw your name on the ornament swap too. If we're not lucky enough to get each other's then we'll have to do a swap on the side.
