hunting and gathering--woyww 150

(In the mood for some candy?--you can find it HERE, and
I've been adding to the stash!)

No projects or pieces to show today, still in the hunting and gathering
mode for a book I have in mind--the pile in the middle is waiting for
images and quotes. Pretty much all of that is from Altered Pages, even
the Paris Trunk ink pad--pretty colors, those.

In the upper left corner is a pile of pretties that came from
Eulanda, who makes adorable cards--thank you again, Eulanda!

Okay, I probably won't have time to visit today, but if you leave a
comment, I will be by this week, so watch for me . . .

Happy WOYWW, and thanks, as always, to Julia for hostessing.

:)

But it's always so inspiring to get something different to use--it doesn't have to be new, just something different, right? But I'm with you, I REALLY don't need anything else right now!!

Hi Trisha,

hee hee. Yep, I do love working on my canvases! The bird is about a 5x7 (need to measure) and I love that size. I'm planning to buy more of them this weekend.

Oh, but your desk looks mighty interesting. It's so much to switch between projects though. Kind of keeps the creative juices flowing!

Happy WOYWW

Excepting the stapler, I could cheerfully clear your desk of its contents and have me some fun with it all! Like the Glitz pad and newspaper-y dies very much. It's going to make a great book.

Love all that great ephemera on your desk! It will go great together for your project. Can't wait to see what gets made from it. I love the old stapler too Those things are the bomb! Sure beats the new cheaply made ones!!

You know, I never even considered the age of that stapler until now--got it at an estate sale, but I have one that's much older!
