What's on Your Workdesk? Wednesday, #174

LOTS of stuff, some leftover from projects, some new-in-package:
Some glittery Christmasy stuff from a little piece made for Altered Arts,
leftover gypsy images (from Altered Pages) used for these atcs (they also got
sent in for a swap),  a brand new little set of Copics, those tiny ink pads--
the handles are perfect for distressing stuff--and lots of other design team
goodies.  But probably my favorite new thing is this set of paints:
Not the super good kind, but definitely decent paints, and had with
a half-off coupon!  Are you WOYWWing this week?  I missed last
week, as the girl child and I were in Orlando, and while we were there, we
got to visit Epcot and the Magic Kingdom.
We literally wandered into a building and look who was there!
This week, however, I will have my usual Wednesday blog snoop,
and hope to visit most, if not all, of the wonderful WOYWWers.
And thank you again to everyone who said nice things and voted
for me, despite my last utterly shameless post!

WOW now how lucky can you get meeting up with Minnie and Mickey like that!! I love all the new paint and leftovers on your desk. I never know what to do with stuff when I am done. Have a great week. Vickie http://okienurse.blogspot.com

Honestly, the girl was more interested in the manatees at Epcot, but when else can you just wander into a building and find two classic cultural icons hanging around waiting to have their picture taken?

It was fun.

Don't you just love to see new paints all ready to be used!! x Jo

Karen, those are Prima, the line from Ingvild Bolme. My youngest son asked what they were--they're kind of funny looking--and I told him, saying I don't usually get too excited about ink pads, but these really are great.

He said "Oh mom, that's not true, you ALWAYS get excited about ink pads!"

haha!!! Yes, I do recognize some of the items on your desk! I actually recognize a lot of them!!!
I have the same paints, and I love them. I also love the price. It's like gel medium. If you buy it in the name brands it is like a million dollars, but if you buy Mod Podge, it is 4 bucks. And just as good!
Enjoy your goodies, and I'm glad you had a great trip!

Trisha can I just sweep all those goodies in my arms? I think I know the answer. What eyecandy you share this week. All those acrylic paints make me want to pick up a brush and learn!

Come play on my desk when you are free.

Ah trisha, those paints look so lovely laid out in spectrum, it would be a shame to move them. But then it would be a crime NOT to use them LOL. have a fun week

Lots of fabulous goodies on your desk then Trisha, love snooping at the little bits to see what's around. Great photo with M&M, I had mine take with Minnie this year when we were in California. Now what I wouldn't do for a set of those paints, they look amazing.
Happy WOYWW.

It wasn't really a holiday--we were there for a convention, but had time to go to Disney, too, so yay!

And you're right, definitely more playing than creating goes on around here . . .

Hi Trish, thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I want to go to Disney, it looks like so much fun. I am still busy making cards or I should be instead of snooping. But, I need a little snoop first. I want those paints. I had a few colors and I love how they go on and and they aren't all runny like some of the craft paints. Have a good week. #83

First, AWESOME picture of you and Girlchild with The Mice! OMG!!!

Second, thank you so much for letting me know about my link being wrong! That was really sweet. You know with this mouth, I always worry that I've finally gone too far and offended a bunch of people, so I confess I was wondering ... you definitely did your good deed of the day!

Lots of cool goodies on your deskarino. I wasn't clear from your post, are those funny-looking ink spots made by Copics? I don't think so because you mentioned DI ... I've never seen them before and I'm interested. My email is on my sidebar if you get a minute to let me know. Drooling over the paint set!

Okay, thanks again. Have a wonderful week! Darnell
