another peeky Easter egg!

First, wow, I miss blog visiting you all--we've been awfully busy around here, and I've been having to do lots of NOT art things.

Anyway, here we go with Peeky Egg #2:

As with my first Peeky Egg of the season--you can see that one, with instructions, HERE--this egg today has lots of shimmer and shine, thanks to DecoArt Glamour Dust and Metallics paints.  To be specific, the Peacock Pearl and Champagne Gold are my favorite paints du jour.

You know how it goes, right?  In real life, the shine and glitter and gold is fantastic.  In photos, not so much!  (A little Metallic and some Champagne Gold = that shabby ballet pink on the big rose, by the way.)

 Lots of spring flowers, and a German Scrap butterfly or two . . .
