So last week I was out of town for a conference--one of the evenings we had off, and took a river boat cruise. This is Cincinnati, Ohio--after the baseball game, there were fireworks, and we were there at the right time to see them:
I wasn't around much this last week to make anything. Here is a link to my last finished thing, a
CAT BOOK--I tried to paint the chipboard kitties to look like cats we've had or have. This one looks like one of our current feline friends, Daisy:

The blue plastic thing is a junction box for a light fixture, the tiny book next to it is the
Flower Fairy Alphabetica I'm still filling, with the little collage pics that are in the black bowl. The blue book is one I'm altering, it's going to be Alice themed.

Well it's sad we can't visit in person...but yes, we won't catch your cold either! I hope it goes away soon. I can't believe you guys went to the same booth at SDC! After I realized how much I like the square loom, I saw some videos for all the things you can make with the triangle loom--so I hope I can get back to SDC this month and get one! What a fantastic fireworks photo they can be difficult to capture sometimes but you seem to have pulled it off like a master. Alice book sounds wonderful I started one that was round years ago and then gave up, it's in the ufo bin.
