I'm back?

Probably not really, it's just rainy this week, so
I actually made something instead of working outside.
The rain isn't the only thing that motivated me--
a fantastic packet of collage pages and "stuff" came
in the mail.

This is mini book is for a kit at Altered Pages,
but we'll have to see . . . it's made from library
pockets and pages, with quotes about flowers.

This has been a weird spring break. My uncle died
unexpectedly, AND my dh's great aunt, which brought
about a whole odd scenario of rarely seen relatives
and the going through of things.

Then a puppy showed up--poor guy was probably dumped.

Things are just strange.

Maybe it's just me.

Okay, here's another thing--if you know a baby Cayden,
our new nephew is actually Caden, so the stamped onesie
posted HERE is up for grabs. (Be sure to scroll down
past the rocks to the baby t-shirts!) And YES, we
asked about the spelling, but were sorely misinformed.

Anyway, it's a little bitty blog giveaway.

If you want the onesie, call dibs in a comment. If
there's more than one "dibs" by, let's say May 8th,
we'll have a drawing. I haven't posted for so long,
it's sad to say the chances are pretty good I'll end
up keeping this . . .

anybody out there??

Okay, i know there's some someones out there (thank you little counter thing). You can at least say hi, even if you don't want the baby onesie!

flower book = going to be a kit, &

puppy = neutered and shotted today, so he's officially staying on. Will post about him later, the little brat! And yes, i'm still making up words.

I'm here. Been busy week or two. Heard about the puppy, can't wait to see. Sorry to hear about your uncle and DH's great aunt.

I've been enjoying all the rain as well. Decided to schedule in art time as well as chores. When its on a schedule I get so much more done. Why didn't I do this before in life? I also went thru mags and sketched ideas down of things to try. It's been a real creative boost. Hope all is well with you and yours.
