do you save your accidental paper?

You know, those papers you use to protect your work surface while
you spray inks or paints or whatever?  They make some of the best
"accidental" backgrounds for other things!

I used some accidental paper for this birthday card--it's for a teenage
boy, and I think he'll like it:
all these stamps are from Victorian Invention
Here's the inside--I added some spritz to it, as well:
the sentiments are from Verses, Full Sheet
Here is a pic of the back, it shows the shimmer, which is also on the front
of the card, but you know how hard it is to capture shine in a photo!
Perfect Pearls Mist
How about a few challenges?
Allsorts--masculine
My Time to Craft--things with wings
Pattie's Creations--use something recycled (the "accidental" paper!)
CCEE Challenges--masculine time/clock reference

  5. Hey Trisha, I just recently started saving mine when I realized my alcohol ink spritzers were creating some really cool accident papers. Haven't used
them in anything yet but you inspire me. GReat card.

  6. What a great card! I do save mine. That green angle looks like it was made to be a grassy slope for that bike - how cool is that?!?!

  14. Hi Trisha, yes, I do use "some" of my accidental papers . . . sometimes they are better than anything that I might plan out, LOL
I love this card, you are so talented. Thanks for sharing.

  15. Your card looks great and has a nice edgy masculine feel. I think a young guy would really like it!

Ok now, no laughing but I do own 7 spray mist thingy's that I have never opened...
Ok, you can pick yourself up off the floor from laughing now! I am afraid of the over spray as my room is carpeted...I am waiting for the warmer weather and they I will break out those babies and pray them outside!
I am making a card right now that would look so nice sprayed but it is below freezing outside!

  16. This is so awesome, Trisha! I know he will love it. I don't work with sprays and mists, but I would definitely keep my accidents if they looked like your beautiful papers!!
