on my workdesk, and I couldn't show it before--Altered Pages is starting
up a monthly challenge, Alter Your Creativity, and the first challenge is to
create a headdress. Mine is a headdress for Mnemosyne, goddess of memory,
and mother of the nine muses--there is a medallion made from inchie images
representing each of the muses. In the other pic at the AP blog you can see
the other side, with old movie film trailing down the back, as well.
For the utterly shameless part--if you would kindly click on this linky
HERE, and vote for me, (it's in the sidebar), then I won't be the giant goof
that no one voted for. **sigh**
It's like I'm having a teenage flashback, with those awful feelings of
UGH, everyone is going to think I'm ugly/stupid/goofy (fill in the blank
with your particular insecurity).
Where is that even coming from? Good grief!
All ranting aside, Happy WOYWW to you! As usual, I'll be around
tonight for my weekly, worldwide blog snoop with you. Pretty sure I got
around to everyone who commented last week--will double check
that first . . . see you later!
PS--Thanks to my WOYWW friends, my headdress has some votes now,
so I can breath a huge sigh of relief!
I love how you alter things so easily Trisha, and your creativity is endless. This is an amazing headdress, reminds me of a turban in some ways. Great medallions and pearls.

ReplyDeleteIt is a different challenge--I think that's what they're going to try and continue to do with future challenges, is to make them different from what we usually see.
