Here's the sparkly thing--it's to hang from the rear
view mirror, inspired by Jan's charmers. I didn't
have mica, like she used, but the glass slides work.
I was pleased with the way the multicolored mulberry
paper looks like stained glass when the light shines
through it.
The other thing just makes me feel sparkly inside--the moo
kit I made for the design team challenge is now offered at
Altered Pages! Isn't that fun?
You'll feel sparkly, too, if you are fortunate
enough to get this gorgeous collage (not made
by me, you'll have to go see!) It's beautiful.
And Suzy Q Sparkle is having a giveaway, too, so go
see what you think. :)
Is that the plastic rainbowish ribbon I have a roll of (or you have a roll of and I took some?) ITs so cool. I'm going to have to steal this idea. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness this is beautiful! I love the effect the wings have on the whole piece.
ReplyDeleteSo you glued the glass "sandwich" instead of the faux solder? I like the wings. Looks like fantasy film, which also works in your version.
ReplyDelete1 of my RV Charmers was also microscope slides. I like the way the everything is not held inside the glass.
Beautiful job!
Had to stop in and see the fairy you mentioned and she is totally fabulous! Love your blog too!
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful creation by Trisha!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Shout-Out to my blog and Pay It Forward Giveaway!
